Tidal Wave Wellness looks at supplements and wellness products through a clinician-led lens: quality, purpose, safety, and fit. This page starts with Juice Plus+ as foundational whole food nutrition, and will expand over time with recommended products by goal, lab pattern, and treatment plan.

Foundational nutrition
Juice Plus+: whole food nutrition, not a typical supplement.
Juice Plus+ is the first product we are highlighting because it fits the foundation-first philosophy: help the body receive a broader spectrum of plant-based nutrition every day, then layer in more specific products only when they make sense.
One detail matters: the back of Juice Plus+ products says Nutrition Facts, not Supplement Facts. That distinction reflects how Juice Plus+ positions its core products as whole food-based nutrition rather than a conventional dietary supplement. FDA labeling guidance distinguishes Nutrition Facts labeling for conventional foods from Supplement Facts labeling for dietary supplements.
Why this matters
Nutrition is part of the whole system.
At TWW, nutrition is not treated as an afterthought. Whether we are talking about performance, recovery, rehabilitation, healthy aging, or skin health, putting the right inputs into the body helps optimize the system from the cellular level up.
That is why foundational nutrition belongs next to peptide therapy, biomarker testing, fitness, body composition, and recovery modalities. The goal is not simply to add more products. The goal is to support the body’s ability to perform, repair, and adapt.
Grant’s experience with Juice Plus+
Dr. Grant Smith was born with asthma and spent much of the first three years of life in and out of the hospital. After multiple rounds of steroids, his mother looked for a better way and found Juice Plus+.
After seeing his transformation, she went on to work with the company and reach National Marketing Director. Grant not only grew out of the asthma, he later swam Division I in college with no lung issues and has no signs of asthma or lung issues today.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial reported increases in serum carotenoids, alpha-tocopherol, and folate, with reductions in homocysteine and oxidative stress markers.

We do not ship these products. They are available for purchase in-office, and availability may vary. Ask about Vitali during your visit if you want skin health support that pairs with the broader TWW longevity and performance philosophy.
Why include skincare here?
Because skin health is still biology. Hydration, collagen support, recovery, tissue quality, inflammation, and healthy aging all connect back to cellular function. Products are not a replacement for a plan, but the right products can support the larger system.
