Peptide Therapy
Targeted peptide therapy, clinically directed.
Evidence-based peptide protocols for recovery, immune optimization, growth hormone support, and cognitive enhancement — prescribed, titrated, and monitored by a clinician.
What it is
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as precise biological signals — instructing your body to repair tissue, modulate inflammation, regulate metabolism, or restore growth hormone pulsatility. When prescribed and dosed correctly, they are among the most targeted tools in modern wellness medicine.
Why TWW
Unmonitored peptide use — from telehealth mills and internet sources — carries real risks: mis-dosed protocols, compounding quality issues, and unmanaged side effects. At TWW, every peptide protocol is prescribed by a licensed clinician, sourced from vetted 503B/503A pharmacies, and monitored with regular lab work and clinical follow-up.

Common questions
Peptide therapy FAQ
Are these peptides legal?
Yes — every peptide we prescribe is dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy under a clinician's prescription, regulated by state and federal pharmacy law. We do not work with research-chemical sources or the gray market. If a peptide isn't prescribable through legitimate compounding channels, we don't offer it.
Do I need bloodwork before starting?
For most protocols, yes. Baseline labs let us dose safely, watch for unintended effects, and know whether the peptide is doing what we expect. For some peptides — particularly hormone secretagogues, GLP/GIP agonists, and anything cycled — labs are non-negotiable. For lower-risk recovery peptides we sometimes proceed without new labs if recent ones are on file.
Are peptides covered by insurance?
No. Peptide therapy is a self-pay service. Pricing is transparent and discussed during your consultation. Membership tiers include consultations, follow-ups, and lab review; the peptides themselves are billed by the pharmacy.
Can I get peptides without a consult?
No — and that's intentional. Every peptide protocol starts with a clinician evaluation. The point of working with TWW versus a telehealth mill is that someone is actually watching what you're doing, adjusting when it isn't working, and stopping it if it shouldn't be continued.
What about side effects?
Most peptides we prescribe have favorable safety profiles when properly dosed, but every protocol has trade-offs. Common considerations include injection-site reactions, transient water retention, GI effects with GLP/GIP agonists, and dose-dependent fatigue with some sleep peptides. We discuss the specific side-effect profile of each peptide during your consult and provide clear escalation guidance.
